Dungeon BBQ Potluck

The Heave Hoe Down is a one-day raw powerlifting competition taking place on May 9, 2026 at Dungeon Fitness. Hosted through Iron Podium, this max-out event features squat, bench press, and deadlift, with cash prizes awarded to top Open lifters based on DOTS scores. Weigh-ins begin at 7:00 AM, with lifting starting at 9:00 AM. Open to all lifters, no federation membership is required.

Get ready for a night of heavy lifts and smooth sips! Join us Friday, March 13th from 6–8 PM for our Whiskey & Deadlift Challenge.

This full-day powerlifting meet features Tested and Non-Tested divisions with a 60-lifter limit. Compete in Full Power, Bench Only, Deadlift Only, or Push-Pull across Raw, Classic Raw, Single Ply, and Multi Ply categories. Squats will be performed on a monolift, with walkouts required for Raw, Classic Raw, and Single Ply lifters.
