Dungeonfitness Bootcamp

Ready to crush your fitness goals? Our bootcamp class is designed to push your limits, torch calories, and build strength—all in a supportive and energetic environment!

Class Schedule: Monday -Friday 5am and 4:30pm (Drop ins require an appointment)

Strongman Saturday

Come join us for a fun day of strongman training where you will be led by a coach through a strongman training session. This Class focuses on developing techniques that are fundamental to the sport of strongman.

Schedule: Saturdays 9-11am (Note: will not happen on weekends we have events.)

Cost: Members free, Non Member Drop in $20 ( Non members must make an appointment prior to attending)

 
 
 

Power to the People (Powerlifting Foundations)

Starting March 17, 2026

Class times Tuesday and Thursdays at 5-6pm

 

Learn the Fundamentals of Barbell Strength training in a group environment with hands on coaching. 

 

• Improve Body Composition through resistance training

• Learn Skills to Build and maintain strength at any age

• Build Discipline and mental fortitude for training and life

• Increase Bone Density, connective tissue and muscle mass to improve your lifestyle

• Enjoy the support and camaraderie of the strength community

 

What to expect:

• Learning Emphasis on Powerlifting Barbell Movements such as Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift.

• Additional accessory movements will also be incorporated as secondary exercises.

• Classes will run in 8 week blocks and will be a progressive format building upon skills learned each week.

 

Cost to members $50/mo

Non-members $125/mo.
