This is a United States Strongman sanctioned event, you must have a current membership to compete. if you do not have a membership one can be purchased online through the united states strongman website https://www.unitedstatesstrongman.com/

All Athletes must weigh in/check in during designated times to verify ID, Competition class, receive Comp shirt and verify current United state strongman membership.
Weigh in times:
Day before at the venue from 10a-12p and 5p-7p
Day of at Venue 7a-8:30a no exceptions

Event 1 Stone to Death (90 sec time cap)
3 Natural stone pick carry and load to 48" platform for time. we will start with the first stone 12' away second stone 8' away and last stone 4' away. Athletes must complete in order from lightest to heaviest. Athletes will be start with hands off of the stone, time will stop when athlete loads last stone onto the platform. If any stone falls the athlete must load it before continuing on. only chalk, grip shorts, grip shirt will be allowed.
Event 2 Body Bags (2 min cap)
3 Sand Bag load to sled then drag with handle. Athletes will carry all 3 sand bags 50' and load them on a sled then drag the sled with a rope and handle 50' for time. If any bags fall off athlete must stop and load them back on before continuing. no tacky or chalk allowed.
Event 3 Hells Bells (1 min cap)
Athletes will have the option of Standard or Trump Size Kettle bell which they must perform a single arm ground to overhead press with. This will be for Max reps in a minute. There will be an UP and Down command for each rep. If athletes choose the trump size it will count as 2 reps of the standard size. If you start at the Trump size you can go down but if you start at the standard size you cannot go up. chalk only on Kettlebell, knee and elbow sleeves, compression shorts, belt allowed.
Event 4 Death Clutch (max time)
Saxon bar deadlift and hold for max time. Athletes will double overhand deadlift lift from standard 9" height, once locked out (knees, hips and shoulders behind bar) time will start, time will end once one or both hands lets go of bar. only chalk will be allowed, no belts or grip shorts.
Event 5 Bring out your Depth ( 1min cap)
4" Deficit Trap bar Deadlift for reps. Athletes will have 1 min to preform as many reps as possible with an up and down command each rep. Athlete must wait for time to start to strap in if using straps. No equipment restrictions, No tacky.
