Zech uses evidence-based practice and evaluation to guide his personal training and fitness. He focuses on physical strength, mobility, mental resilience, and overall well-being.
Strongman CoachRyan Turgano
Ryan is an active powerlifting competitor, USPA Coach, National referee and Meet Director. In addition to powerlifting and Strongman he has background in strength coaching team sports such as Pro Hockey, Highschool Wrestling, Football and Soccer.

Darleen currently runs conditioning/hybrid classes, TRX/KB classes, personal training and meal planning to help other towards their fitness goals. She is also an active member in the APA federation as a competitor and USAPL federation as a coach.
