Alec Jones

Strongman/Strength Coach

Alec is an active strongman competitor through Strongman Corporation, certified personal trainer, and USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach Practitioner.  Alec has been competing competitively in strongman since the summer of 2013, and has his eyes set on his pro card in the 231lb class for middleweight men.  Having admired strength sports and athletics from a young age, Alec competed in baseball, football, wrestling, and track and field (shotput, discus, javelin) through high school.  Upon completion of high school, Alec was quite obese, and sought the guidance from a former wrestling coach, science teacher, and future mentor/friend in making a complete lifestyle change.  Alec recently has undergone a complete transformation, going from 307.6lb to 229lb from August 2016 to August 2017, and has a background in training programs built around hypertrophy/bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and overall strength athletics.  Whatever your goals may be, Alec is committed to helping build the best version of you possible.
